Double concert in the abstract, experimental and minimalist geschwung.
Gordan (INT) pieces traditional Serbian music into radical reduction and infinite endings. Serbian singer Svetlana Spaji’c is an internationally acclaimed master of complex variations of Balkan music stylistic expressions. Guido Möbius plays the cool bass with various electronic sound generators, such as power pedals, amps or microphones, to provoke harmony or noise. Andi Stecher's expressive drumming gives the music breathing and grounding. Together, the three musicians become a dynamic sound universe of fragments that are broken up, collected, broken up and reassembled.
Circuit Odyssey (DK) plays improvised noise music with harmonious sound surfaces, organic synths and distorted poetry, often in the context of installation art and video. They released in 2020 the digital EP Triptych, and in 2018 the vinyl OM. The trio, which has existed since 2010, consists of Johnny Vincent Caltalot, Alex Mørch and Lars Mikkes, the latter of whom have created the exhibition Ariel & Mysterious Creature, which forms the framework for tonight's concert program on KH7artspace, and can be experienced throughout December.
The concert is supported by the Statens Kunstfond.
