In the turquoise tent, we present music based on our self-proclaimed Roots&Hybrid profile - music that mixes folk and musical traditions with modern currents and creates new sounds, ideas and stories. We are proud to have our home in colorful Aarhus, from where we are always happy to showcase the many adventurous and experimental acts from the environment around us. However, we also always keep an eye out for the great music-world out there, and have presented music from Buenos Aires to Bamako, Istanbul, Copenhagen and Paris.

Bogeziwe Mabandla is a great voice on the South African scene. His mix of xhosa lyrics, traditional music and the folk genre has made him an award-winning artist in his home country for the album Mangaliso.
Pongo is filled with power, as it is heard in her song, Kuzola. Originally from Angola, she creates energetic kuduro music, while she has previously received attention from Diplo and Shakira.
Rajery is a musician from Madagascar and a completely different style than most others on the list. He plays the string instrument vilha, but since Rajery lost almost all his fingers on his right hand as a child, he has developed a very special way of playing.
The music that occupies our stage is as diverse as its origin, and we are delighted to present everything from beautiful folk-jazz to dusty desert blues, wild psychedelic parties, heavy electronic interpretations and much, much more.
