Intelligent house merges with space-age jazz and broken beat from Copenhagen newcomer Nejrup.
Rooted in many years of experiments and disciplined practice lived out by the synth-fanatic Nejrup, this Copenhagen-based trio delivers compelling, complex and ever unfolding live music. With the young producer’s intricate compositions at its core, Nejrup invites the audience to explore a vast musical universe suitable both for the dance floor and the attentive audience in it for the detail. Inspirations from Radiohead and Floating Points flow together in modular soundscapes with organic melodies, playful improvisations and deep danceable grooves.
